Welcome to Hijacked By Twins

I'm Kirsty a busy working mum of 3, including twins, and wife to the Hubby. Hijacked By Twins is my space to share our journey from omnivores to vegans. I will be sharing plant based meals and the challenges of getting a teenager and the twins on board with veganism!
I think that it is going to be a bumpy journey, come along for the ride!
