Smile Power Day

15th June is not only a special day because it is my birthday, but it is also Smile Power Day!

A smile has so much power without us actually realising it. Giving a smile can change someones day, a smile can show someone you care, a smile can even make you feel better. A smile can encourage, a smile can comfort and a smile can fill you with happiness.

What is there not to love about a smile?

That is why on 15th June we should all celebrate with a smile.

To mark Smile Powder Day 2015 a Smile Survey was conducted to see what makes us smile. 1000 people across the UK were asked "What makes you smile?" this is what the results were...

All
  • 7.4% said "My children"
  • 5% said "Sunshine"
  • 4.6% said "My family"
  • 4.2% said "Comedy"
  • 3.9% said "Food"
Men
  • 6% of men said "Comedy"
Women
  • 13.4% of women said "My children"

In Wales

Seeing these results made me think, what makes me smile?

This is what makes me smile...
