Great British Budget Day 4 & 5 Tips

Barnaby the Budget Pig and Your Wealth UK's top budgeting tips for day 4 and 5 are:

"When was the last time you went to the gym? If you can't remember the answer to that question, it's probably time to cancel your gym membership! Look around for somewhere you can pay per session, or take up some free exercise like running or cycling instead. If you've got some experience in yoga or pilates, there are plenty of free exercises and classes to be found online (just search "yoga class" on youtube) fitness doesn't need to cost the earth!"

"There are some costs, such as insurance, that we all have to pay - but you don't have to stay with the same provider! Put a note in your calendar for the month before your cover runs out, as a reminder to start shopping around for a better deal. Giving yourself that extra bit of time can help you to make sure you aren't paying more than you have to."

Disclaimer: This is not a sponsored post. I volunteered to take part in this campaign as it is a subject that is close to my heart. However at the end there is a prize draw for the panellists.
