Easy Holiday Food and Giveaway

Well the holiday season is most definitely here. Unfortunately the weather is not great for holidays in the UK. But no matter what the weather is like an important part of holidays, whether you are here or abroad, is food!

When going on a self catering holiday it is important that you can prepare easy, tasty meals. Nobody wants to spend a long time in the kitchen on holiday!

That is why I thought that I would combine a new holiday giveaway with my top quick and easy recipes that can be made while on holiday! The easiest meals to prepare on holiday have to be pasta or rice based one.

Here are our favourite pasta and rice dishes...

My other tips for holiday cooking are...
  • If travelling in the UK before you leave check out which home delivery services there are in the area. You could save packing food and other essentials by doing an online shop before you leave and schedule it to be delivered to your holiday destination.
  • Take a recipe box with you then you know that you will have all of the necessary ingredients for some delicious meals while away without spending a fortune in restaurants.
  • Take lunch boxes! The best way to save money is to take a good old picnic with you on a day out. It not only saves you money but also saves the stress of looking for somewhere to eat that everyone likes!
  • But most importantly enjoy and have a great time!
Now for my latest giveaway!
