This cheesecake was amazing!
I will admit to never baking a cheesecake before, I normally go for the easy non bake ones, but this dessert was so creamy, light and really was simple to make. The hints of Bailey's that come through the smooth creamy topping made this dessert simply heaven on a plate! From now on I will definitely be making more baked cheesecakes.
Disclosure: I was sent the recipe and received a fee to cover the costs of the ingredients. All views and opinions are my own and 100% honest.
This looks absolutely gorgeous, must give it a try
