Word of the Week 14/03/14

When I sat and thought about what one word would sum up our week only one came to mind.

This week it has certainly felt like spring time has finally arrived.

The daffodils are in bloom, the days are getting longer and the sun is shining!

Along with the good weather has come a new found freedom for the twins. They have fallen in love with outdoor play and spend every opportunity in the garden.

This is great for us as a family. The hubby and I enjoy gardening and being out. Last Sunday we spent the whole day outside, the five of us together.

The twins were eager to help daddy, however I'm not sure the hubby saw it as helping, but it filled my heart watching them trot after him shouting

"daddy daddy, helping"

I am looking forward to spending many more weekends in this way and I am enjoying our afternoon garden playtime!
