National Crisp Sarnie Week - Update

Back in August Seabrook Crisps set a challenge to create a Crisp Sarnie using theiir crisps.

My entry was Beef, Basil, Tomato and Mozzarella topped with Seabrook Beefy Crisps this was a fun post to write and I certainly enjoyed my lunch that day!

I am delighted to tell you that my crisp sarnie was selected as a runner up and is now featured in Seabrook's Crisp Sarnie Recipe Book which you can see here. Pop over and take a look at the book for some great crisp sarnie ideas!
